Fitness has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember.
Growing up, I was always involved in sports and physical activity. I admired athletes and fitness influencers who embodied discipline, strength, and self-improvement. Figures such as Alex Eubank, Chris Bumstead, Giuliano Stroe, and many others inspired me to pursue a higher standard for myself — not just physically, but mentally as well.
Like many people, however, my journey wasn't always straightforward.
During the COVID lockdowns, I found myself in a place I never expected. My motivation disappeared, my confidence declined, and I became increasingly self-conscious about my body. Instead of pursuing the active lifestyle I had always enjoyed, I spent most of my time indoors, playing video games and developing unhealthy habits that left me feeling disconnected from myself.
It was one of the most challenging periods of my life.
Eventually, I made the decision to take control again.
What started as a desire to build my dream physique quickly became something much bigger. Through consistent training, disciplined nutrition, and a commitment to personal growth, I transformed not only my body but also my mindset. I built the strongest, healthiest, and most confident version of myself.
The gym gave me far more than physical results.
It gave me confidence. It gave me purpose.
It gave me the courage to enjoy life again.
I started doing the things I loved, trying new experiences, and pushing beyond the limits that self-doubt had placed on me.
Today, with over a decade of experience in fitness and training, my mission is simple: to help others achieve the same transformation.
I understand what it's like to feel lost, unmotivated, or uncomfortable in your own skin. I know how low confidence can affect every area of your life. That's why Ascendant Fitness is about more than building muscle or losing weight — it's about becoming the strongest version of yourself physically, mentally, and emotionally.

This is only the beginning. My long-term vision for Ascendant Fitness is to build a complete fitness community and training facility where people from all backgrounds can come together, train, learn, grow, and unlock their full potential.
